Oho, ei kyllä ollut mitään rotia viime viikossa. Ei se sitten ollutkaan ihan niin helppoa "vähän löysätä". Onneksi paino nyt ei kuitenkaan noussut tuon enempää.
Tavoitteena edelleen pitää ateriarytmi ja annoskoot hallussa. Ja jos vaikka tällä viikolla tähtäisi vain kahteen kosteampaan iltaan, viime viikolla niitä olikin yllättäen kolme.
